Hi, I’m Lindsey, the self-taught baker and creative heart behind Sweet Treats from Home.

Born and raised in Drayton Valley, Alberta, I’m now raising my own family on the same land I grew up on. Life is busy, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Between running my business, cheering on my kids from the hockey rink, and juggling the everyday adventures of motherhood, baking has always been my creative outlet and happy place.

What started as a passion for planning unforgettable celebrations has grown into a love for creating beautiful cakes, custom treats, and homemade desserts that bring people together. Whether it’s a birthday, holiday, team celebration, or just because, I believe every occasion deserves something made with care.

My children, Tenley and Reid, have always been the inspiration behind my creations. Their excitement for “Mom’s special parties” and homemade treats reminds me why I love what I do. My goal is to bring that same excitement and joy to every customer by creating desserts that not only taste amazing but help make life’s special moments even more memorable.
