Collection: Macarons

A macaron is a sweet meringue-based cookie made with egg white, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond flour, and food colouring. They should be slightly crunchy on the ouside and a bit soft and chewy on the inside.

Macarons can last for up to 7 weeks in the fridge, so they do have quite a good shelf life.
